Animal Sculpture

My appreciation for animals and nature inspired my passion for sculpting ceramics. I started sculpting roosters and hens, inspired by my lovely backyard chickens, and as I progressed my creations started to evolve into all different types of birds and animals. I bring each of the animals' unique characteristics to life using a Raku Firing technique, which creates unique patterns throughout the surface, and breathes movement into each piece.
